Cancellation Policy

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you receive the product, or when a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivery.

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 days.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if excessively used or altered beyond normal use

• Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Return Approval

We reserve the right to inspect returned products and may refuse returns if the item does not meet the above conditions or appears intentionally damaged.

Gifts

• If the product was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item

• If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
